Chef Kyle Itani invites all lovers and friends to join us for a special Valentine's Day omaka-set available Thursday, February 12 - Saturday, February 14. In addition to our complete lunch and dinner menus, we will have a special omaka-set — a progression of five handrolls with the option to add on a sixth.

We are also previewing our Woodford Double Oaked Bourbon which you can enjoy in cocktails, as part of our whisky flight, and available by the bottle. Our team traveled to Kentucky to taste through barrels in the Woodford rickhouse and chose this one for how its caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla notes echo the umami-rich, smoky, and lightly sweet flavors in our food. “Double Oaked” means the bourbon is finished in a second lightly charred barrel, amplifying richness and smoothness without adding heat. It complements our cuisine the way a good tare or nikiri does—more depth, more length, more character. Our barrel is the first to be hand-selected by a restaurant in the Bay Area and we’re so excited for you to try it!
